By accessing or using scythene.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Consult your physician before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed recommended servings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of MPS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scythene Supplements and MPS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MPS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Age Restriction (New York GBL §391-oo)

Pursuant to New York General Business Law §391-oo (effective April 22, 2024), Scythene Supplements does not sell dietary supplements that are labeled, marketed, or represented for the purpose of muscle building, athletic performance enhancement, or weight loss to customers under the age of 18. This includes any supplement containing creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia, or green coffee bean extract, regardless of marketing.

At checkout, customers purchasing any restricted-category product are required to verify their date of birth. Customers who cannot confirm they are 18 years of age or older will not be permitted to complete the purchase. By submitting a date of birth at checkout, the customer affirms under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

New York law additionally requires shipments of restricted supplements to be delivered using a method requiring an adult (18+) signature with proof of age. Restricted-category products shipped to New York addresses are sent via carrier services with adult-signature confirmation (USPS Adult Signature, UPS Adult Signature Required, FedEx Adult Signature, or carrier equivalent). The recipient — or any adult at the delivery address — will be required to sign for the package and present a valid government-issued ID. Non-restricted products (general wellness, hydration, foundational micronutrient supplements) ship to New York without these additional requirements.
