If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email support@scythene.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations governing dietary supplements. We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for quality issues.
