How do I redeem the 500-point credit?
It's automatically waiting in your account. If you already have a Scythene account at the email you used to pay, it's there now. If not, it drops in the moment you create one — no claim form, nothing to copy and paste. At checkout, redeem the points for $5-off rungs (5 of them gives you the full $25) or save up for Scythene gear (Cap at 500, Tee at 600, Water Bottle at 700).
When does Scythene launch?

Does the 25% off really last forever?
Yes. Your founders code works on every product, every order, no expiration. As long as Scythene is around, your code works.
Can I stack the 25% off with the points credit?
Yes — but check our Rewards anti-stack rule first. The lifetime 25% code can't combine with a points-redemption coupon in the same order. So on the orders where you spend points, you skip the 25% code (and vice versa). It's a free choice per order; most founders use the credit early and reserve the 25% code for bigger orders.
Can I stack the 25% off with subscribe-and-save?
Yes. Founders code stacks on top of any active subscription discount.
What if I miss the 100 spots?
Founders Club is capped at 100— once they're gone, they're gone. We won't be reopening it. The public launch will have a smaller intro discount.
What if I change my mind?
Reply to your welcome email within 30 days for a full refund. We'll reverse the 500-point credit and the $30 charge. After 30 days, the founders fee is non-refundable.
