Program Terms

Scythene Rewards is the customer-loyalty program operated by MPS LLC (“Scythene,” “we,” “us”) for the benefit of registered Scythene customers (“you,” “member”). Enrollment is automatic when you create a Scythene account. The program is offered at our discretion and may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time with notice.

You earn 2 points per dollar spent on Scythene supplements and gear, calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping order subtotal. Tier-based multipliers (1.25× at Squad, 1.5× at Command and Founders) are applied at order time.

Subscription renewals earn points at the same rate. Refunds reverse the points earned on the refunded portion.

You do not earn points on orders where you applied the Founders Club 25% promo, a provider-program discount code, or a Scythene Rewards redemption code.

Redemption codes issued by Scythene Rewards cannot be combined with the Founders Club 25%, any provider-program discount, or any other promotional code. At checkout you choose one. Stacking attempts are rejected.

Points may be redeemed in the Quartermaster shop for either dollar-off coupons or branded gear / free-product items. Once redeemed, your reward is added to your cart and applied at your next checkout — no code to remember.

Issued redemptions do not expire. You may remove a pending redemption from your cart at any time before checkout, which restores the points to your balance. Once a redemption is consumed at checkout, it is final — coupons cannot be reissued, and gear redemptions cannot be cancelled after fulfillment begins.

Catalog availability and point costs may change at our discretion.

The program has four tiers: Operator (free, default), Squad ($150 in qualifying spend in the trailing 365 days), Command ($500 in qualifying spend), and Founders (permanent, available only to verified Founders Club members).

Tier qualification is recomputed daily. You move up at the end of the day you cross a threshold; you move down at the end of the day your trailing-12-month spend falls below your current tier. Founders tier is permanent and never demotes.

Operator-tier points expire 18 months after they are earned if your account remains inactive (no order or redemption). Squad and Command points never expire while you hold the tier. Founders points never expire.

If your tier downgrades from Squad/Command to Operator, the previously non-expiring points retain a fresh 18-month expiry from the date of downgrade.

When an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed up to your current balance. If the refunded order was paid using a points redemption, the points spent are restored to your balance.

Signup bonus, military-verification bonus, referral bonuses (paid to the referrer after the referred friend's second paid order), subscription-streak bonuses, and birthday gifts (opt-in only) are credited automatically when eligibility is confirmed. Multiple accounts associated with the same person or household are not eligible for repeated bonus credit.

A paid Founders Club spot includes a one-time 500-point credit granted to the email used at signup. The credit is applied to your reward account automatically: immediately if a Scythene account at that email already exists, or the moment you create one (no claim flow). The credit counts toward lifetime earned points but does NOT count as qualifying spend for tier progression — the Founders fee is not a supplement order.

If the Founders Club fee is refunded (within the refund window stated in the Founders Club terms, or at our discretion), the 500-point credit is reversed via the same clawback mechanism described in Section 7. The clawback applies to your current balance; if your balance is below 500 points at refund time, your balance becomes 0 (we do not pursue negative balances).

We may suspend or close any account engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multi-account farming, fake reviews, chargebacks made in bad faith, or reselling redemption codes. Closed accounts forfeit their balance.

Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. The accumulated balance is recorded as deferred revenue on Scythene's balance sheet and recognized at redemption or estimated breakage.

Material program changes will be emailed to members at the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect, except for immediate changes required for legal, fraud, or technical reasons. Questions? Contact rewards@scythene.com.
